Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training is a "class" like atmosphere where comradery meets personal training. These groups will be from 6-8 people, and the session will be built for the people in the group. Progressions & regressions will be given by the Coach based on you the individual. No getting lost in the crowd and simply being guided through a workout! You're strengths and weaknesses will be noticed and addressed to ensure you're challenged safely, and make continuous progress! Due to this, these group class times are not drop in. They are set times where your team and Coach will be ready to train together every week. Each group will meet 2-3x per week, and make up options will be provided. *A survey will be provided to gather the best times for our first groups.

Coach Justin has diligently put together several 12 week training program options. Each program focuses on either Hypertrophy, Body Composition, or Strength. Each program will have 12 weeks of beginner, novice, or advanced training levels. Meaning each focus has up to 36 weeks (9 months!) of training. Add this onto your membership and take advantage of having expert guidance, while progressing towards your goals on your own time in the new facility! *This service is available no matter what gym you belong to. Use the app where you already work out or join us at GtoG!

This is the ultimate access membership! During the day time hours (6a-12p, Mon-Friday & 6a-12p Sat), book your 1.5 hour time block ahead to reserve your gym time. This will ensure that you have plenty of access to the facility and equipment while classes or coaching sessions may be going on during the day. You also get access to the After Hours Access Membership, when no booking is needed. On the days you can't make it during the reservation hours you can stop in during after hours to get your workout in.

This membership is for those who have time after work or in the evening for their training. During this time the gym will be open for members to do their workouts or their independent programs freely, with no classes or coaching sessions going on. There are no time reservations necessary! What is a movement assessment?

Every GtoG client will go through an extensive movement assessment. Each assessment will include a local & global range of motion test, strength endurance test of the core, manual muscle testing, and maximal strength testing. All of this information will be used to build a specialized program to you! 

What if I already have another gym membership?

No problem! You can still join small group personal training classes, 1:1 personal training, purchase our pre-built programming to follow via the app, or try our gym for a day! 

What if I have never trained or lifted weights before?

Our programs are custom to the individual, with expert guidance, ensuring a safe and effective introduction to strength and conditioning training. Try a small group personal training class today!
