What is a movement assessment?
Understanding how you move has a large influence on how your program is built. Whether you have experienced injuries in the past or are currently experiencing pain/restrictions in movement, our coaches will gain an understanding of why/where these restrictions are coming from. They will build you a targeted program to help address these restrictions to ensure a high level of performance and continued progress.
This in-depth movement assessment includes global movements, local range of motion, manual muscle testing, and strength endurance testing. All of these components help us gain a clear picture on how you move and what would be the most appropriate start to your program. The results from the first assessment will be re-assessed throughout your training program to ensure proper & consistent progress.
Do I have to do personal training or can I just use the gym access membership?
A gym access membership is optional. If you purchase a Personal Training package, gym access is already included, allowing you to use the facility on days you are not training with your coach.
A gym membership is not required to participate in Small Group Personal Training—you can attend your scheduled sessions without one. If you'd like additional access to the facility outside of your group sessions, you can add a gym access membership at a discounted rate of $15 off per month while enrolled in group training.
What if I already have another gym membership?
No problem! You can still join small group personal training classes, 1:1 personal training, purchase our pre-built programming to follow via the app, or try our gym for a week!
What if I have never trained or lifted weights before?
Our programs are custom to the individual, with expert guidance, ensuring a safe and effective introduction to strength and conditioning training. Try a small group personal training class today!
