Are there any assessments (strength test, movement screening) before starting group or personal training?

Every GtoG client will go through an extensive movement assessment. Each assessment will include a local & global range of motion test, strength endurance test of the core, manual muscle testing, and maximal strength testing. All of this information will be used to build a specialized program to you! 

Do you have special programs for young athletes?

Yes we have done strength camps previously for student athletes and conducted small group training sessions. Ages 12 and up are accepted for these services. Contact us if you have a team or small group interested! 

Are there any membership packages available?

Yes, we offer various membership packages including monthly and annual plans, providing flexibility and value for consistent training sessions.

What if I already have another gym membership?

No problem! You can still join  small group personal training classes, 1:1 personal training, purchase our pre-built programming to follow via the app, or try our gym for a day! 

What if I have never trained or lifted weights before?

Our programs are custom to the individual, with expert guidance, ensuring a safe and effective introduction to strength and conditioning training. Try a small group personal training class today!
