Take Away Programming
Every client has access to their personalized programming via on the Teambuildr mobile app. Depending on how many workouts per week you need meet your goals, you will have workouts detailed in the Teambuildr app. For example, if you want to train 2x a week in person with a coach, you can also complete additional workouts on your own by using the app with video demonstrations on all exercises by Coach Justin. Get the most out of your custom programming!
Functional Nutrition Coaching
Guiding clients on making nutritious food choices to achieve a state of health, and enhance their strength and conditioning goals. We create personalized plans to address specific health needs, and ensure optimal performance and recovery. Coach Justin is a certifed retailer with ATP Labs and Biotics Research, trusted supplement brands. He is able to reccomend & order specific supplements for your needs.
Student Athlete Training
Elevate your game from gradeschool to collegiate levels. Mastering the foundational pieces of movement and training, to lift the ceiling of top performance. All sport seasons and demands are taken into consideration. Phases of training are structured to peak each athlete for their competitive seasons.
Movement assessment
Every GtoG client will go through an extensive movement assessment. Each assessment will include a local & global range of motion test, strength endurance test of the core, manual muscle testing, and maximal strength testing. All of this information will be used to build a specialized program to you!
mobility sessions
Mobility is the ability to get into a position and display strength while in that position. This is vital in training, to gain the best results from training. Based on your movement assessment and training goals, our coach will desgin a mobility program for you to avoid injury and chase your goals.

We now serve clients in 2 locations! Our main location is a private training facility located at 300 Sunny Glen Court, Unit 102 in Woodland Park. We also train clients at the public 24/7 access gym located at 950 Tamarac Pkwy, Woodland Park.
