I started working with Justin to resolve an elbow issue I had for months with no sign of healing. Within just a few sessions Justin proved to be knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness, making my elbow issue completely disappear and assessing several aspects of how I move/train that have lead to many injuries I have had over the years.
