I started working with Justin to resolve an elbow issue I had for months with no sign of healing. Within just a few sessions Justin proved to be knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness, making my elbow issue completely disappear and assessing several aspects of how I move/train that have lead to many injuries I have had over the years. I have more confidence in the exercises I do now because Justin has shown me how to do them both properly in a way that ensures both strength and longevity. I held off ever working with a trainer because of a lack of confidence in what I have seen some do, but I'm glad I started to work with Justin and I look forward to what he can help me improve!

I started training with Justin about 7 weeks ago. I am 42 and a business owner. I needed someone that could motivate me and helped me get back in shape for my overall health. I’ve had the pleasure of using programming written by Justin over the past 3 years. In that time I have continued to lose weight and body fat while gaining lean muscle and strength. He has always been keen on attention to detail based on my goals. Working long hours on many different shifts, I found myself lost attempting to recover from challenging workouts. It took his direction for me to understand how important my recover was and once we found the right training split and intensity I noticed gains beyond what I felt I was capable of. His thirst for knowledge and his ability to adapt his programming to tailor to my needs is what makes him stand out....
