Meet Justin

As a coach with a Masters in Exercise Science, obtaining years of self & formal education and application, I decipher all of the information and bring what is most relevant to you, as the individual. Building on a program that provides longevity and unleashing top levels of performance at any given task. My online programming is monitored for proper progression, and video assessments are used to identify any leaks in the movement chain. While in person, you get these same benefits in every session and adjustments on the fly. Whether it is an adjustment due to movement, physiological readiness, or progression. Each program is progressed towards a goal and measured along the way.

Just as much time and education that I have spent on training, I have spent on nutrition. I have seen the "simple" or fad or basic nutrition programs erratically produce results but ultimately fail frequently. Foods/nutrients that we consume have specific effects on the body, and focusing on calorie intake or macronutrient balancing does not take everything into account. I often say, "calorie and macronutrient counting is like using addition and subtraction to solve a calculus problem". This being said, I do not ignore these two factors, but they are only two factors. Whether you have significant health concerns or just need some tweaking and guidance to your current diet, my functional approach will take your physiology into consideration.

I have worked with many different clients over my years as a coach, and am proud to say achieving results with them all. I focus on strength and performance, because ultimately that is what training is about. The gains from both of these aspects of training will lead to improved body composition, increase in PRs, better conditioning, and feeling better just walking around. Due to each program being designed for you, the results will be tailored to your ultimate goals. Meaning not every program will be geared towards 1 rep maxes or fastest sprint times. However, elements of these training styles will be included with you in mind.
