At Grit to Greatness Performance we focus on each individual. When building a program many factors are considered. Each client goes through an extensive evaluation, whether starting a nutrition or training program. Once we have a good understanding of you body and/or physiology, your program is created. We strive to have a in depth understanding of many different approaches to training and nutrition. This allows for percise application for your desired goals, without being put in a box.
Each client gets a program unique to them. Whether the focus is strength, performance, body composition, mobility, fitness, or health. We take into consideration where you will be training and your availability for training throughout the week.
With nutrition, we do not take one template and hand it to every client. Together, we will identify root causes of any issues you are facing and address them through proper foods and supplementation that align with your body's needs. The suggested program or adjustments are specific to who you are, where you are physiologically, and your goals!
